FAQ

Questions and answers

Short answers about the Works Partner Program.

Do you have partners now?

The program is open. We review each application as it arrives.

Who can be a partner?

Agencies, consultants and fractional operators who deliver work to clients. You must be a Works user on an eligible plan.

Do I need a Works account first?

Yes. Partners are Works users first. Create your Works account, then apply from inside Works.

How do I apply?

Sign in to Works. The application is in your Works inbox. You fill in a short form, then you download and accept the Partner Program Agreement.

Who reviews my application?

A person on our partner team reads every application. This takes a few working days. We email you with our answer.

Is there a minimum number of clients?

No. We review each application on its own.

Does my client have to approve the connection?

Yes. You send an invitation, and only the client can approve or decline it.

Who owns the client workspace?

The client. The client workspace does not depend on your partner status or on your billing.

Can a client have more than one partner?

No. A client workspace has one partner at a time.

Can my clients see my brand?

Yes. Your clients sign in on a login page with your name and logo.

What happens if I change my plan?

If you move to a plan that does not include the partner portal, the portal pauses. Your clients keep their own workspaces.

When are referral shares paid?

Payouts start when they are available in the partner portal. Until then, the portal shows what you earned, and we pay it under a payout process that we announce.

Where is the agreement?

You can read the Partner Program Agreement on this site. You accept it inside Works when you apply. Read the Partner Program Agreement.

For the fee, the free trial clients and the referral share, read the program terms.

Ready to apply?

Partners are Works users first. Create your Works account, then apply from inside Works.
