From your Works account to your first client
You use Works first. Then you apply, a person reviews your application, and you set up your portal and invite clients.

Create your Works account
Partners are Works users first. Sign up for Works and use it with your own business. It is the best way to see what your clients will get.

Choose an eligible plan
The partner portal is part of Pro, Teams or Business. The application screen checks your plan before you apply, and tells you if you need to change it.

Apply from inside Works
The application is in your Works inbox. Tell us about your practice: your agency, your clients, the services you give and the tools you use.
Before you send it, you download and accept the Partner Program Agreement.

A person reviews your application
A person on our partner team reads every application. This takes a few working days. We email you with our answer.

Set up your portal
Add your brand to your client login page. Upload your resources once, so that every client you add gets them.

Invite your first client
Send an invitation from your portal. Your client approves the connection, and you work together in Works.
What your client sees
Your client gets an invitation from you. The client decides to approve or decline it. Nobody can connect a client without the client's approval.
After approval, your client signs in on a login page with your brand. The client's workspace belongs to the client. It does not depend on your partner status or on your billing.
A client workspace has one partner at a time.
If your plan changes
The partner portal is part of the eligible Works plans. If you move to a plan that does not include the portal, the portal pauses. Your clients keep their own workspaces.
The program terms give the eligible plans, the fee and the referral share.
